Return / Exchange Policy


BrandRPM warrants the products we sell to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  Furthermore, we warrant printing and embroidery to be in accordance with approved artwork proofs.

BrandRPM will replace any defective merchandise reported or returned to BrandRPM within 30 days of receiving your order.  Replacement merchandise will be identical to the original if possible, or substantially similar if the exact items are no longer available.

Incorrect Items Shipped

If you have received an item different from what you ordered in style, color or size, please click the link at the bottom of the page to report the error and request replacement with the correct item.

Garment Does Not Fit

If an item you ordered does not fit, BrandRPM will replace it with like merchandise in a different size. BrandRPM can only accept unworn, unlaundered items for exchange within 30 days of original purchase. However, If you have purchased any of our embroidered items: 1/4 zip, 1/2 zip, and Track Jackets – all of these sales are FINAL as we do not stock these items.

Size run samples for fitting have been provided to your school. Please contact your school office to arrange a time to check sizes.

Exchange Process

1.     Click link below to initiate an online exchange request.

2.     Upon receipt of your request, we will promptly ship available replacement items to the address on file with your original order.

3.     If your exchange is due to defective merchandise or a shipment error on our part, please complete the RMA form and mail back to 9555 Monroe Road Charlotte, NC 28270. We will ship your replacement items to your home via USPS.

4.     If your exchange is due to a garment that was shipped correctly but does not fit, you will receive return shipping instructions via email to ship the item(s) back to us directly, or you may and place your items in the blue tub on the table next to the stage door marked with your name and order number. We will ship your items to your home via USPS and your credit card on file will be charged for shipping replacement items.*.

5.     Please promptly return your original merchandise to BrandRPM according to your email instructions. If we do not receive your returned merchandise within 14 days of your request, your credit card on file will be charged for replacement items..
